Our Story
Comprehensive Care for Ages 6 Through Older Adults
At Refreshing Mental Health, we provide outpatient psychiatric services and psychotherapy to individuals ages 6 through older adults. We offer both in-person appointments at our San Bernardino and Temecula offices and virtual (telepsychiatry) appointments for patients throughout California.
Our team is dedicated to providing culturally responsive, evidence-based mental health care that honors the unique background, values, and life experiences of every patient. We are proud to serve military personnel, veterans, and underserved communities.
We believe access to quality mental health care is a right, not a privilege. That's why we accept almost all major insurance plans as well as self-pay options, and offer flexible telehealth appointments to reduce barriers to care.
