Medication Management Follow-Up

30 Minutes

A focused follow-up visit to review your current medications, assess effectiveness, manage side effects, and adjust your treatment plan as needed. 30-minute appointments are $75; extended 45-minute appointments are $95.

Medication Management + Medical/Work Documentation

A combined visit that includes your medication management follow-up plus preparation of required medical or workplace documentation during the same appointment.

Psychiatric Documentation Support

30 Minutes

$75 self-pay Insurance accepted

Dedicated appointment for preparation of psychiatric letters, disability paperwork, ESA letters, school accommodation letters, and other required documentation.

Psychotherapy

1 Hour

$180 self-pay Insurance accepted

Individual psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, and Mindfulness to address emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns.
